Compliance Program
EMMI has a compliance plan that was designed to meet the OIG standards for third-party billing companies. As a result of extensive research and experience, the dedicated Coding and Billing staff at EMMI will know the details of your organization’s specific compliance plan. In addition, EMMI will design a Policies and Procedures manual customized to suit your practice. This manual will include your practice’s Compliance Plan, Payment Practices, Banking Practices, and write-off and hardship adjustments.
